(King) Great Richmond Disability Lawyer. In January 2008 he won my Social Security Disability case for chronic neck and back pain. I had tried to work at the DMV and only lasted two weeks due to my pain. I had to go on welfare to support my nine year old child and I was desperate. (Greenwood) settlement of Workers Compensation claim in September 2007 - l loss part of my ear and I got a foot injury and he got me a settlement for $75,000.00.
(Grattan) reversal in United States District Court in September 2007 - he won my case after the 1st judge had denied my claim for Social Security Disability for Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome.
(Travis) successful mediation in July 2007 - at workers comp commission he obtained $120,000.00 for me after I had been injured in a fall from a scaffold.
(Lewis) victory in June 2007 - I was only 49 and Social Security had denied my claim. By obtaining convincing reports he won my case.
(Beckner) victory in June 2007 - I acquired an infection at my place of work as a result of dealing with mental patients. My claim was initially denied because I could not prove which mental patient caused my infection. However, he reversed this decision by showing both of my doctors said it definitely came from the work place.

(Scarborough) victory in February 2007 - I claimed disability due to my fibromyalgia. I was in terrible pain and Social Security had denied me twice. Mr. Lutkenhaus won my case in front of the Judge by convincing him I was truly disabled.
(Tatum) in January 2007 - I had a neck injury and my claim was disputed due to the fact I had unrelated bone cancer. Mr. Lutkenhaus managed to settle my workers compensation claim for $75,000.00 and he also preserved my rights to Virginia Retirement System benefits and Social Security Disability benefits.

(Vanderpool) in December 2006 - I filed my disability case in 2002. Mr. Lutkenhaus fought for me through two hearings before the Social Security Judge and a reversal by the US District Court Judge. It took five (5) years but he won my Fibromyalgia Case and I now have an income. God Bless Him.
(Charity) in November 2006 - In a work accident I was rear-ended and developed post traumatic headaches. The insurance company tried to cut my compensation off but Mr. Lutkenhaus beat them and negotiated a settlement of over $100,000.00 for me.

(Biggs) in September 2006 - Mr. Lutkenhaus won my case when I was injured in a trench cave-in. Due to being buried alive I developed a post traumatic stress syndrome. He won my case before the Virginia Workers Compensation Commission.
(Nuckols) in August 2006 - Mr. Lutkenhaus had the US District Court reverse a Social Security Judge who did not believe my Fibromyalgia is a real impairment.
(Fisher) in July 2006 - He litigated a case at the Virginia Workers' Commission in July in which I had fallen from a scaffold suffering a brain injury. The insurer denied my claim because I had tested positive for marijuana. He found an expert who disputed the insurer's claim that marijuana caused my fall and he won my case.
(Travis) June 2006 - He litigated a case before the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission involving an assault on me. The defense was the shooting did not arise out of my employment. The assault happened in Churchill in Richmond, Virginia. I was working for a small construction outfit renovating a house. Some thieves attempted to steal supplies from the company truck. In the incident I was shot by one of the thieves. He successfully won my case by showing the assault was directed toward me because I was attempting to protect my employer's supplies.
Virgia McLeod: June 18, 2001 - Mr. Lutkenhaus represented me in a disability case. He had to appeal three times and take it to Federal Court. He won my case. I would recommend him to you who are in need of a lawyer for disability. Attorney Lutkenhaus is the Social Security Attorney in Virginia.

Mrs. Calloway: 2005 - I injured my arm working as a glazier and intially got workers comp but they cut it off saying I refused a light duty job assignment but he fought them and we got a good settlement.
Mr. Sims: 2005 - I got a reversal of my Disability Denial in the United States District Court and then Mr. Lutkenhaus got me my benefits in a new hearing before the Social Security Judge.
Mr. Parker: 2005 - I had a back injury and Mr. Lutkenhaus worked out a workers compensation settlement and got me $100,000.00. He proved to me he was a good attorney.
Ms. Shelby Hodge: 2005 - my late husband had a knee injury and Mr. Lutkenhaus got me money for his knee injury even after he died. I had never needed an attorney but I could not imagine a better one then Mr. Lutkenhaus.
Ms. Diane Johnson: 2005 - Two other attorneys turned down my disability case but Mr. Lutkenhaus took my case and did a "great job" and won my benefits. She continues to be disabled due to a combination of right arm and right leg problems that disable her.

I don't think he has any room for improvement.
